Eligible Social Service Agencies, who address issues related to Health, Financial Stability, Education and Safety Net, may apply for consideration. Some of the information they must provide includes:

1. Proof of services to residents in Hidalgo and/or Starr Counties
2. Financial Accountability Reports
3. List of Active Board Members
4. Summary of Programs
5. Outcome Measurements of Each Program
